In Molo, historic sites and culinary staples such as pancit molo are featured, with a visit to Panaderia de Molo, the oldest bakery in the Philippines. The journey continues to Lapuz for its native delicacies, La Paz for its signature batchoy, and Jaro, where Chef Sandy stops by Biscocho Haus, renowned for buttery biscocho and other Ilonggo treats.

The culinary tour concludes in Downtown Iloilo (City Proper), sampling local favorites including queen siopao at Roberto’s, pansit sun yat sen at Dainty House, and dimsum at Master Chua Foodhaus.
