Coach has launched a new installment of its “Not Just For Walking” Soho Sneaker campaign, featuring global ambassador and actor Charles Melton. The campaign highlights the versatility of the Soho Sneaker as a tool for self-expression, aligning with Coach’s “Courage to Be Real” brand purpose.

The new campaign includes a playful film, directed by Alma Har’el, known for “Honey Boy” and “Lady in the Lake.” In a collaborative effort between Har’el and Melton, the film depicts Melton’s character using his Soho Sneakers as a clever decoy to evade a persistent paparazzo. This scenario humorously underscores that the sneakers are suitable for more than just walking, supporting various aspects of one’s life.

This latest chapter builds on the initial Soho Sneaker campaign, which premiered in April 2025 and showcased a diverse group of personalities, including singer and rapper Audrey Nuna, model Giovanna Ramos, college basketball player Tahaad Pettiford, WNBA player Satou Sabally, and NASCAR driver Toni Breidinger.

The Soho Sneaker draws inspiration from late ’80s and early ’90s cross-training sneakers, reinterpreting this classic style with Coach’s unique design elements. It first appeared at the Coach Spring 2025 runway show and became available in stores earlier this year. Coach plans to introduce the sneakers in new fabrications and colorways, emphasizing their role as a platform for diverse self-expression.

In another Coach news article, actress and model Camila Morrone was seen in New York carrying the Coach Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 39 in sand suede.
