Crystal Dragon
The resort’s Cantonese and regional Chinese specialty restaurant presents a five-course menu at P5,500++ per person on February 13 and 14, for a minimum of two guests. Highlights include Deep-fried Crispy Stuffed Scallop with prawn mousse and golden pumpkin sauce, Poached Fish Maw in Spicy Pickled Tomato Broth with cod fish, Wok-fried Tiger Prawns in creamy butter lemon sauce, and Pan-seared A5 Wagyu Steak in Chef’s special sauce. Diners finish with a Chilled Osmanthus Sweetened Pear Soup with bird’s nest and Black Fairy Swan Puff. Crystal Dragon is open daily from 12 noon to 11 pm.

For a luxurious Japanese experience, Nobu Manila offers a six-course Valentine’s Omakase at P6,888 net per person on February 13 and 14. Guests enjoy dishes such as Sushi Tortilla, Lapu-lapu Tiradito, assorted sushi including Bluefin with Wasabi Salsa, and Kani Bisuku, a blue crab bisque. The menu begins with Lobster Tartare and Caviar Oscetra, followed by Beetroot-cured Salmon Lover’s Gravlax, Red Bell Pepper Krema with beetroot tortellini, pan-seared scallops with celeriac noodles, and a Chicken and Morel course featuring chicken farce, foie gras, and Iberico ham jerky.
