Billease is celebrating its ninth anniversary with a ₱1.5 million cash raffle, giving eligible customers the chance to win up to ₱1 million as part of its birthday promotion.

The promo will award cash prizes to 41 winners through a grand raffle draw supervised by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Running from September 1 to October 31, 2026, the promotion will culminate in a raffle draw on November 9.

₱1.5 Million in Cash Prizes

The raffle features one grand prize of ₱1 million, 10 second-prize winners receiving ₱20,000 each, and 30 third-prize winners receiving ₱10,000 each.

In total, the promotion will award ₱1.5 million to 41 winners. Billease will also cover the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.

How to Join the Billease Birthday Raffle

To participate, customers must be approved Billease account holders aged 18 or older, with accounts in good standing and no delinquencies.

Eligible customers can join through the Billease app by opening the official birthday promo pop-up, tapping “Join Promo,” and confirming their basic contact details.

Participants earn one raffle entry for every ₱1,000 spent on eligible transactions, up to a maximum of 20 entries per qualified participant.

What Transactions Qualify?

Eligible transactions include Cash Loans and Wallet Loans, Bills Payment and Mobile Load, POS Financing through online checkout and in-store purchases, QRPh Payments and in-app deals, and Credit Line transactions.

Important Dates and Promo Mechanics

The promotion runs from September 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM to October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The grand raffle draw is scheduled for November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with winners to be announced on the same day through Billease’s official Facebook page.

Each participant may win only once. If a participant is drawn more than once, the higher-value prize will apply. Accounts with past-due balances, canceled orders, or merchant refunds issued during the promo period may also lose eligibility for raffle entries.

Winners will be notified through email and registered mail and must claim their prizes within 60 calendar days of receiving the notification. Prizes that remain unclaimed after this period will be forfeited.

Billease employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from the promotion.

As Billease marks nine years of serving Filipino consumers, the birthday raffle offers eligible customers another opportunity to celebrate, with ₱1.5 million in cash prizes up for grabs.
