Filipino boy group BGYO — composed of Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate — continues to refine its sound with the release of “Fresh,” an affirming anthem that celebrates unapologetic confidence and authenticity. The track marks their first music release following the celebration of their fifth anniversary.
The accompanying music video is now streaming on YouTube via the BGYO Official channel.
Composed by Mikki, “Fresh” blends sleek hip-hop influences with a confident edge, resulting in what may be the group’s smoothest and coolest empowerment anthem yet — proving that nothing is fresher than being yourself.
“Fresh” is also BGYO’s first Tagalog single since 2024’s “Andito Lang.” The group is set to represent OPM at the upcoming DUNK Showcase at K-Arena Yokohama, alongside fellow Filipino acts SB19 and Cup of Joe.

A Year of Major Milestones
Last year, BGYO delivered back-to-back releases, beginning with their self-titled EP featuring the tracks “Trash” and “Divine,” which has since amassed nearly 7 million streams on Spotify.
They followed it with the EP “Headlines,” which includes “All These Ladies,” “Dance With Me,” “Aloe Vera,” and its title track. The group performed “Headlines” on Thailand’s “Music Countdown” and was named one of the headliners at Summer Sonic in Bangkok.
The Filipino boy group capped off the year with their first successful solo concert at the New Frontier Theater last October.
“Fresh” is now available on all digital streaming platforms.
