This February, art moves beyond gallery walls and into the everyday life of the city as select Ayala Malls in Makati transform into living canvases for Art Walk by Ayala Land. Running from January 30 to February 8, the initiative brings works by leading Filipino and international artists into spaces where people shop, gather, and commute, reinforcing Ayala Malls as the Filipinos’ “third space” — a place for discovery, learning, and shared cultural experiences.

Conceived as a complement to Art Fair Philippines, the Art Walk reflects Ayala Land’s commitment to the belief that art shapes communities and enriches urban life. It extends the contemporary art conversation into the city’s everyday spaces, allowing audiences to encounter creativity in unexpected places.

Art Walk by Ayala Land is one of the most anticipated cultural events in the metro, and we’re proud to host it in Ayala Malls,” said Mae Dichupa, Head of Marketing and Consumer Experience, Ayala Malls. “By bringing art closer to communities, we allow more people to discover and enjoy it in meaningful, everyday ways.”

From January 26 to February 8, Greenbelt and the Ayala Foundation present Mothering/Unmothering, a multidisciplinary exhibition by Triangulum, curated by Vanini Belarmino, reflecting on women’s lives, care, and autonomy. Featured works include Tekla Tamoria’s AlterBibo, 2026, tracing themes of care and motherhood, and Lilibeth Cuenca Rasmussen’s The Mitochondrial Eve, an intimate reflection on identity and maternal experience. Earlier performances include Lynn Lu’s Be Afraid Only of Standing Still, which moved through Ayala Museum, Greenbelt, and Ayala Triangle Gardens on January 29.

All installations in Ayala Malls are free and open to the public. Art Fair Philippines ticketholders can also enjoy exclusive dining offers at Ayala Malls Circuit from February 6 to 8, with participating restaurants including Black Canyon, Buffalo Wings N’ Things, Etan Drew’s Gourmet Meat Pie, Mang Rudy’s, and Texas Roadhouse.

Through Art Walk by Ayala Land, Ayala Malls continues to transform its spaces into environments for pause, discovery, and connection, bringing art closer to everyday life.
