Available beginning June 8, 2026, the program aims to support students, gamers, creators, and young professionals who increasingly rely on their devices for learning, work, and entertainment.

Trusted Quality and Long-Term Protection

The ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program combines ASUS’ product quality—featuring high-performance innovation, premium craftsmanship, and US military-grade durability—with enhanced warranty and service benefits.

The initiative is designed to provide customers with a seamless ownership experience through:

  • Expanded international and local warranty coverage
  • Complimentary preventive maintenance services
  • Extended replacement policies
  • Upgraded on-site support

Enhanced Warranty Coverage for 2026

3-Year International and Local Warranty

The following flagship laptop models now come with a 3-Year International and Local Warranty:

  • ProArt
  • Zenbook
  • Vivobook S
  • Vivobook Flip
  • ROG gaming laptops

Meanwhile, ASUS and ROG desktops and ASUS All-in-One (AiO) PCs will continue to include a 3-Year Local Warranty.

2-Year International and Local Warranty

The following products retain their 2-Year International and Local Warranty:

  • Vivobook
  • Vivobook Go
  • ASUS Series laptops
  • ASUS Gaming laptops
  • TUF Gaming laptops
  • ROG Ally gaming handhelds

Accidental Damage Protection

Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld devices will continue to include 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty, covering accidental customer-induced damage not included under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Additional Service Benefits

Up to Six Free Preventive Maintenance Services

Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG devices can now enjoy up to six complimentary preventive maintenance services, including professional cleaning and device care.

  • Up to two service claims may be redeemed per year.
  • Services are available through participating ASUS service centers.

Extended Replacement Window

ASUS has extended its product replacement period from seven days to 14 days, giving customers more time to address eligible product concerns after purchase.

Local On-Site Service

Owners of the following flagship devices are now eligible for on-site service support:

  • ProArt
  • Zenbook
  • Vivobook S
  • Vivobook Flip
  • ROG gaming laptops

ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One PC users will continue to enjoy the same on-site service benefits.

Global Support for Users on the Go

ASUS also highlighted its extensive support network, allowing customers to access assistance both locally and internationally.

The company currently offers:

  • More than 100 authorized service centers across the Philippines
  • Coverage in over 90 countries worldwide, providing access to parts, labor, and technical support

Availability

The enhanced warranty packages are available for eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines starting June 8, 2026.
