Appistoki, a Novare Channel Partner, has launched the Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at Novare’s headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, strengthening efforts to advance AI-driven enterprise transformation in the Philippines.
The CoE will serve as a joint innovation hub where Appistoki and Novare collaborate on developing practical applications for agentic AI. It will also provide organizations with opportunities to explore how AI can be deployed at scale across business operations and customer experiences.
The facility will feature Agentforce, Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, and Data 360, its native data engine. Through live demonstrations, customer briefings, workshops, and collaborative sessions, businesses can see how unified data and AI agents can improve customer engagement, automate workflows, and create more connected digital experiences.
The CoE will initially focus on the real estate sector, with applications including intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. The sector accounts for more than 5% of the Philippine economy and grew 6.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, highlighting the potential for AI to drive greater efficiency and personalized customer acquisition.

Victor Silvino, CEO of Novare Technologies, emphasized that the initiative aims to help Filipino businesses adopt AI in practical, responsible, and outcome-driven ways.
The companies have previously collaborated on AI and data initiatives across industries including real estate, banking, and telecommunications. Ayala Land, Inc. also highlighted Appistoki’s role in advancing its Salesforce journey and using AI to unlock greater value from its existing data.
Appistoki has continued to strengthen its Salesforce capabilities through industry-focused accelerators, certifications, live experience demonstrations, and participation in the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network.
In May 2026, Appistoki was named ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year at the Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards, as well as In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year in the Philippines.
