At Black Hat Europe, Appdome announced the launch of the industry’s first Agentic AI Suite designed to combat fraud, account takeovers, API abuse, and mobile security threats. The new suite introduces five specialized AI Agents that deliver a conversational intelligence platform built specifically for cybersecurity and anti-fraud teams operating in mobile enterprises.

Delivered within a secure, social enterprise framework, Appdome’s AI Agents enable multiple stakeholders—across cyber, fraud, engineering, and support—to collaborate simultaneously on mobile defense. Built on Appdome’s cloud-based mobile defense platform, the Agents draw on a decade of mobile threat data, trillions of real-world threat events, and deep learning models to generate actionable insights, remediation steps, and recommendations through an “ask me anything” interaction model.

Two Agents—Support Agent and SecOps Agent—are available at launch, with DevOps, Defense Posture Management, and Threat Research Agents planned. Unlike traditional AI assistants, Appdome positions these Agents as autonomous teammates capable of independently identifying trends, prompting teams, and accelerating response times. According to the company, cyber teams can reduce mean time to respond by up to 90% through reduced investigation effort and faster deployment using Appdome’s “click to defend” model.

Designed for enterprise collaboration, the platform allows teams to like, comment on, tag, and share AI-driven discoveries and recommendations across departments—breaking down silos in an era of AI-driven threats. All AI Agents operate within Appdome’s enterprise guardrails, ensuring tenant-level data isolation, strict no-retention policies, audit controls, and governance over every action.

By embedding Agentic AI directly into its secure platform, Appdome aims to give mobile brands contextual, trustworthy intelligence—without exposing sensitive data to public AI models.
