With the holiday rush in full swing, families are preparing not only their Christmas menus but also the atmosphere that will frame their Noche Buena traditions. This weekend, Anko is opening its doors for a pair of creative workshops designed to help households refresh their kitchen and dining rituals with guidance from two specialists in styling and coffee.

Event stylist Elena Flor Salazar of Likha by Elena and coffee expert John Tumulak of Arcana Coffee will lead back-to-back sessions at Anko TriNoma on December 6 and Anko Alabang Town Center on December 7, both at 2:00 PM. The workshops aim to give families practical and accessible ideas they can apply directly to their holiday gatherings.

Anko highlights that beyond beloved staples like lechon, ham, and queso de bola, it’s the table’s look, feel, and flow that make Noche Buena truly memorable. With its assortment of contemporary dinnerware, glassware, décor, and coffee essentials, the brand offers versatile pieces designed to make hosting both festive and effortless.

During the sessions, Salazar will guide participants in creating a strong table foundation by choosing linens and charger plates that anchor the entire setup. She encourages hosts to embrace personality and intuition—mixing matte and glossy finishes, pairing patterned runners with simple dinnerware, and using carefully chosen accents to create subtle focal points. Thoughtful touches such as dessert-ready stemless glasses, jars filled with treats, or a single handcrafted ornament can add charm while keeping the table functional.

Meanwhile, Tumulak will show guests how to extend the celebration through a cozy home café corner. From compact espresso setups to Christmas-themed mugs and easy holiday drink recipes, he hopes to inspire warm rituals that continue beyond Noche Buena.

The workshops are open to all Anko shoppers through sign-ups via the Anko Club at anko.com/anko-club. Guests can also look forward to special Santa visits and explore more holiday inspiration through Anko’s Lookbook and @anko_philippines on Instagram and TikTok.
