British-Norwegian pop group a1 is celebrating its long-standing connection with Filipino fans with the release of its brand-new single, “In Love in the Philippines,” available exclusively in the Philippines beginning September 25.
Written and produced by a1, the uplifting track draws inspiration from falling in love with both a person and a place, reflecting the special relationship the group has built with the Philippines over more than two decades.
“We’ve shared so many incredible moments with our fans in the Philippines. This song feels like our love letter back to them — and to a country that has given us memories we’ll never forget,” the group shares.
a1 Returns For Three Philippine Shows
The new music arrives ahead of a1’s highly anticipated return to the Philippines this October. Following the group’s successful Valentine’s Tour in February 2025, Paul Marazzi, Christian Ingebrigtsen, Mark Read, and Ben Adams will reunite with Filipino fans for the Love In The Philippines Tour.
The group will perform in Cebu on October 16 at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, Manila on October 17 at New Frontier Theater in Cubao, and Santa Rosa, Laguna on October 18 at Santa Rosa Sports Complex.
Fans can expect favorites including “Like a Rose,” “Everytime,” “Heaven by Your Side,” “Same Old Brand New You,” and “Caught in the Middle,” alongside a new chapter of a1 music.
With more than five visits to the country, a1 has developed a lasting relationship with Filipino fans. The group’s 2023 TWENTY FIVE Anniversary Tour brought packed shows in Davao and Cebu, followed by back-to-back Manila concerts after the first night sold out.
“We’ve just been received so well every time we perform in the Philippines,” the band previously shared. “You don’t get a better welcome than here.”
