Filipinos have long embraced the heat of sili, whether mixed into sawsawan or added to favorite comfort food. Now, Sprite x Spicy brings that love for bold flavors into a modern dining experience with its “Yan Ang Refreshing” campaign.
As part of the campaign, Sprite partnered with Your Local, the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand-recognized restaurant, to create a menu that puts a spicy spin on Filipino-inspired comfort food while highlighting the refreshing versatility of Sprite.
Created with Chef Pat Go, the menu features dishes designed to balance familiar flavors with a kick of heat. The Spiced Salted Egg Hummus combines creamy salted egg with lingering spice and toasted sourdough, while the Spicy Beef Lechon Toast pairs charred beef lechon and spicy aioli on soft mantou toast.
For noodle lovers, the Sili-Mansi Udon brings together springy noodles, calamansi, sweet soy, and sili, finished with crunchy chicharon. The menu also includes Chicken Hoy, crispy fried chicken glazed in spicy black garlic adobo sauce and served with garlic confit and java rice.
The experience extends to Sprite-based creations, including Sprite + Earl Grey Tea, Sprite + Matcha, Sprite + Lychee, and Sprite + Spicy Mango. Each pairing highlights Sprite’s crisp and refreshing character while complementing the bold flavors of the dishes.
More than a celebration of spice, the collaboration reflects the social nature of Filipino food—where exciting flavors, shared reactions, and refreshing pairings make every meal more memorable.
