Taiwan Expo 2026 returns to the SMX Convention Center Manila from September 17 to 19, bringing more than 125 Taiwanese exhibitors showcasing solutions across technology, sustainability, agriculture, healthcare, and lifestyle.

The expo builds on the success of its 2025 edition, which generated US$53.4 million in business opportunities and attracted more than 10,000 buyers. Organized by the Taiwan International Trade Administration under Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and implemented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), the event positions Taiwanese companies as a “National Team” seeking deeper partnerships with Philippine businesses.

TAITRA Chairman James C. F. Huang said this year’s goal goes beyond trade, focusing on joint ventures, licensing, and local assembly that can create long-term value for both markets.

The expo comes as Taiwan-Philippines trade continues to expand. Bilateral goods trade reached US$6.71 billion in 2024, while trade increased by 8.5 percent during the first seven months of 2025.
