As easing inflation provides some relief, many Filipino households and entrepreneurs continue to navigate weak consumer demand, intense competition, limited access to capital, and the search for more stable sources of income. In response, Global Dominion Financing, Inc. (Global Dominion) has partnered with Go Negosyo for Trabaho at Negosyo, an initiative designed to bring business mentorship, employment opportunities, and alternative income opportunities closer to communities nationwide.

Through the partnership, Global Dominion provides aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with coaching and mentorship based on its financing expertise. Participants can also explore two potential pathways: direct employment with the company or accreditation as independent loan consultants.

“Our goal is to help more Filipinos make informed financial decisions while connecting them with practical opportunities to grow a business, find employment, or earn additional income,” said Samuel Cariño, President and CEO of Global Dominion.

Turning Business Guidance into Practical Opportunities

Trabaho at Negosyo is an on-ground initiative that brings together business coaching, employment, and livelihood opportunities for jobseekers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and existing business owners.

The roadshow has already reached thousands of participants across Quezon City, Pasay, Cebu, Davao, and Bataan, providing communities with practical guidance and opportunities.

As part of its mentorship, Global Dominion helps entrepreneurs understand how financing can support legitimate business needs, including purchasing equipment, replenishing inventory, strengthening operations, and pursuing expansion.

The program also emphasizes responsible borrowing. Participants are encouraged to understand loan terms, assess their ability to meet repayment obligations, and determine whether financing can generate sustainable value for their businesses.

This approach reflects Global Dominion’s goal of helping entrepreneurs make informed financial decisions rather than treating financing as a quick solution to short-term needs.

“Mentorship is what turns ambition into a plan, and a plan into an enterprise,” said Joey Concepcion, founder of Go Negosyo. He noted that the partnership connects entrepreneurs with practical opportunities to earn and grow while providing the infrastructure and support needed by Filipino MSMEs.

Creating More Ways to Earn

Beyond entrepreneurship mentorship, the roadshow also introduces participants to employment opportunities at Global Dominion and its loan consultant accreditation program.

Filipinos looking for an additional source of income can apply to become accredited loan consultants. After training, consultants can explain and offer Global Dominion’s financing services to eligible individuals, particularly business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Unlike direct employment, accredited loan consultants operate independently, providing a more flexible way to earn while helping entrepreneurs identify financing options suited to their needs.

The partnership combines Go Negosyo’s entrepreneurship platform and community reach with Global Dominion’s financing expertise, nationwide presence, and employment and accreditation programs.

Bringing Opportunities Beyond Major Business Centers

Trabaho at Negosyo will continue in Central Luzon and Mindanao through the end of the third quarter, with additional locations in the Visayas and Mindanao planned through the end of the year.

The continued roadshow aims to reach more Filipinos beyond major commercial centers, providing access to business knowledge, responsible financing guidance, employment opportunities, and alternative income sources.

“Every stop should give participants something useful to move forward—whether that means better business knowledge, a clearer understanding of responsible financing, a job opportunity, or an additional source of income,” Cariño said.

For Global Dominion, the initiative reflects a broader commitment to going beyond financing by helping more Filipinos build and sustain their business ambitions.
