2K and Hangar 13 have unveiled the first gameplay footage for Mafia: The Old Country’s upcoming Man of Honor expansion, giving players a closer look at the new story content and challenges arriving on August 14.

The expansion will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Alongside the gameplay reveal, Hangar 13 Design Director Josh Zammit shared additional details about the expansion in a developer blog post.

Two New Story Chapters

Man of Honor introduces two new story chapters set during the early days of Enzo Favara’s service to the Torrisi crime family.

The new chapters will also bring a familiar face to longtime Mafia fans. Enzo will team up with Ennio Salieri, the respected mafioso who later becomes the Don of the original Mafia game.

The expansion offers players a chance to see a younger Salieri before his eventual emigration to America and his rise to power, adding new context to one of the franchise’s most recognizable characters.

More Challenges in Free Ride Mode

Beyond the new story chapters, Man of Honor expands the game’s Free Ride mode with additional Challenges and Jobs handed out by Salieri himself.

Players can take on a variety of encounters spanning races, combat, and stealth, with Salieri’s challenges offering a higher level of difficulty and introducing brand-new mission types.

Completing the new content also gives players the opportunity to unlock a range of rewards, including new outfits, vehicles, horses, weapons, and Charms.

The Man of Honor expansion adds another chapter to Enzo Favara’s story while giving fans a deeper look at Salieri’s early years, further expanding the world of Mafia: The Old Country.

Man of Honor arrives August 14 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
