Three years after opening its doors, Lakehall at Nena’s Sanctuary is celebrating another milestone as it continues to establish itself as one of Southern Luzon’s sought-after venues for weddings, corporate events, milestone celebrations, and community gatherings.

To commemorate its third anniversary, the venue honored the clients, suppliers, and industry partners who have contributed to its growth while unveiling the expanded capabilities of Lakehall Banquet, its in-house catering and events service.

A vision inspired by nature

Since launching in 2023, Lakehall has been built around the concept of offering contemporary event spaces surrounded by nature, creating a destination where meaningful celebrations can unfold in a tranquil setting.

“It all began when I wanted to create an alternative destination for families to celebrate the moments of their lives that they most cherish,” said Donnie Tantoco, Chairman of Lakehall.

“We wanted to create contemporary spaces nestled in nature, where discovery, serendipity, and the experiences that can only happen when you escape to nature become part of every celebration.”

Over the past three years, the venue has hosted hundreds of occasions, ranging from intimate family gatherings to large-scale weddings, corporate functions, and community events, while working closely with event professionals and suppliers to deliver personalized experiences.

Celebrating industry partnerships

To mark the anniversary, Lakehall hosted a Supplier Appreciation Night, bringing together planners, coordinators, stylists, photographers, florists, entertainers, and other collaborators who have helped shape the venue’s success.

Guests were treated to the first public showcase of the enhanced Lakehall Banquet, featuring a specially curated five-course plated dinner prepared by the in-house culinary team, alongside a free-flowing dessert buffet and ice cream cart.

The evening also featured a retrospective gallery highlighting memorable celebrations, creative event setups, and milestones from Lakehall’s first three years.

Expanded banquet services

As part of its continued growth, Lakehall has expanded the capabilities of its banquet operations through the opening of a dedicated commissary.

The upgrade allows the venue to accommodate celebrations with more than 200 guests while broadening its culinary offerings with dishes prepared entirely on-site.
