Zoho Corporation is strengthening its commitment to the Philippine market as organizations accelerate digital transformation and prepare for broader artificial intelligence (AI) adoption. The global technology company is expanding its presence by offering businesses an integrated, privacy-focused software platform designed to simplify operations while supporting secure, AI-powered growth.

The move comes as the Philippine government continues to prioritize digitalization as part of its economic agenda. With the country set to chair ASEAN in 2026 and AI-driven growth for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) identified as a key priority, businesses are increasingly looking for scalable technology platforms that can support long-term modernization.

However, many organizations still face challenges caused by fragmented technology systems. According to Zoho’s State of Workforce Password Security 2026 report, 64% of businesses across Asia-Pacific use more than 15 applications, while 73% lack complete visibility over workforce identity and access management. As AI adoption grows, disconnected systems can create higher costs and additional security risks.

Zoho positions its unified platform as an alternative to managing multiple standalone software solutions. The company reported a 21% year-on-year revenue increase in the Philippines in 2025 and surpassed one million paying customers worldwide in early 2026, reflecting growing demand for integrated enterprise software.

Showcasing AI innovations at Zoholics Manila

At this year’s Zoholics user conference in Manila, Zoho unveiled the latest developments in its AI strategy, highlighting agentic AI, enhanced platform integration, and enterprise-grade security.

“Filipino businesses are figuring out how to adopt AI without driving up costs or creating new security gaps as they scale,” said Gibu Mathew, Managing Director of Zoho APAC. “At Zoholics this year, we are demonstrating how Zoho’s unified platform and owned infrastructure seamlessly integrate with proprietary and global AI models to give businesses a practical path to realizing the benefits of agentic AI.”

Introducing Zia Agents

A key highlight is Zia Agents, Zoho’s new agentic AI platform that enables businesses to deploy autonomous AI assistants across more than 50 Zoho applications.

The platform includes pre-built AI agents for sales, customer support, human resources, IT, and account management, as well as Zia Agent Studio, a no-code and low-code environment that allows organizations to build customized AI agents using existing Zoho tools, unified data, and multiple language models.

Zoho also introduced the Agent Marketplace, where customers, partners, and developers can publish and deploy specialized AI agents across the Zoho ecosystem.

Together, these tools aim to help businesses integrate AI into everyday operations without the complexity of developing solutions from scratch.

Enhanced Zoho One platform

Zoho also highlighted the continued evolution of Zoho One, its all-in-one business software suite that now serves more than 75,000 organizations globally.

The platform brings together business applications, workflows, integrations, and AI capabilities into a single environment. Its cross-application assistant, Ask Zia, provides contextual insights and decision support across multiple business functions, allowing companies to access AI directly within their existing workflows.

By embedding AI across the platform instead of offering it as a separate tool, Zoho aims to make enterprise AI adoption more accessible while reducing operational complexity.

Zoho One remains priced at US$37 per user per month, underscoring the company’s strategy of delivering enterprise-grade capabilities at accessible pricing for businesses of all sizes.
