Epson launches next-generation EcoTank printers with faster performance and smarter features for homes and small businesses
Epson has expanded its EcoTank printer lineup with eight new compact models designed to deliver faster printing, lower operating costs, and enhanced productivity for home users and small businesses.
Building on the success of more than 100 million EcoTank printers sold worldwide, the latest lineup introduces the L1310, L1350, L3310, L3316, L3350, L3356, and L5390. The new models combine improved print speeds, smarter workflow features, simplified maintenance, and a more compact design to meet the growing demand for reliable home-office and business printing solutions across Southeast Asia.
Faster, more efficient printing
Designed for high-volume printing, each EcoTank model uses high-capacity 65ml CMYK dye ink bottles that produce up to 4,700 black-and-white pages and 7,500 color pages, helping users significantly reduce printing costs while maintaining vibrant print quality.
The printers also feature color-coded ink tank keys with dedicated refill ports, making refilling cleaner, more intuitive, and virtually spill-free.
To improve long-term reliability, every model is built to print up to 50,000 pages under warranty. Users can also easily replace the Maintenance Box themselves, minimizing downtime and extending the printer’s lifespan. Epson has likewise incorporated a Semi-Automatic Print Adjustment system that maintains print alignment and color accuracy over time, ensuring consistently sharp documents and images.
Compact design for modern workspaces
The latest EcoTank printers feature a redesigned body that integrates the ink tanks seamlessly into the printer, resulting in a cleaner appearance and a footprint that is up to 20% smaller than previous generations.
Enhanced paper support, including a redesigned paper tray and improved paper guides, helps minimize paper curling while ensuring smoother paper feeding during large print jobs.
Powered by Epson’s proprietary Heat-Free Technology, the printers also consume less electricity than conventional laser printers, providing a more energy-efficient printing solution for homes and offices.
Smarter workflow with mobile connectivity
Several models—including the L1350, L3350, L3356, and L5390—support the Epson Smart Panel app, allowing users to conveniently set up, monitor, scan, and manage printing tasks directly from their smartphones or tablets.
The app enables users to scan multiple pages into a single PDF file, preview scanned documents, and make quick edits before saving or sharing.
These models also support Apple AirPrint and Mopria, allowing seamless wireless printing from compatible mobile devices without requiring additional drivers.
Meanwhile, the L1310, L3310, and L3316 are equipped with USB 2.0 connectivity, providing dependable wired printing for home users and office environments.
The L5390 further enhances office productivity with an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), making multi-page scanning and copying faster and more efficient.

The new EcoTank lineup is designed to produce crisp text, smooth color gradients, and detailed image reproduction, making it suitable for everything from business documents to colorful graphics and photos.
