Salesforce has introduced new AI-powered tools and Slack CRM capabilities designed to help Philippine small businesses streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and reduce administrative work.
The new offerings include Agentforce in Salesforce Suites and Slack CRM, giving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access to AI tools that simplify sales, service, and customer relationship management without requiring complex setup.
According to Salesforce, the solutions are intended to help businesses spend less time on routine tasks and more time building customer relationships and growing their operations.
AI built into Salesforce Suites
Agentforce is now integrated into Salesforce Free, Starter, and Pro Suites at no additional cost or setup requirement.
The AI features enable users to instantly summarize customer records, draft personalized emails, and monitor customer activity within the same platform they already use.
Businesses using Starter and Pro Suites can also activate the Employee Agent, an AI assistant that helps summarize records, draft communications, and automatically log activities through conversational commands.
Among its key capabilities are generating meeting summaries, creating personalized follow-up emails, and reducing manual data entry to help teams stay focused on customers.
Customer management inside Slack
Salesforce has also launched Slack CRM, allowing businesses to manage customer relationships directly within Slack.
Using Slackbot, teams can create and update contacts, track leads and sales opportunities, and log customer interactions without leaving their conversations.
Built on Salesforce, Slack CRM also allows businesses to expand into more advanced CRM capabilities as they grow without migrating existing customer data.
Supporting SME growth
Salesforce said the launch addresses the productivity challenges faced by Philippine SMEs, which account for 99.6% of businesses but contribute only about 40% of the country’s GDP, citing Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas data.

Salesforce noted that its AI capabilities are powered by Agentforce 360, with built-in security and governance designed to help businesses use AI while keeping customer data protected.
