Okada Manila, the Philippines’ largest Forbes Five-Star integrated resort for seven consecutive years, has expanded its culinary offerings with the launch of Curry Corner, a new dining destination dedicated to authentic Indian cuisine and select Pan-Asian favorites.

Located at The Food Court on the Upper Ground Floor of the Casino Coral Wing, Curry Corner offers guests convenient access to flavorful Indian dishes while enjoying the resort’s gaming and entertainment facilities. The outlet is open daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 AM, serving lunch, dinner, and late-night meals.

Leading the kitchen is Chef de Cuisine Surjeet Singh, an Indian culinary specialist with more than two decades of experience in five-star hotels across Asia. Chef Surjeet also oversees the Indian cuisine selections at Medley Buffet, bringing extensive expertise in regional Indian cooking, traditional spice blends, and authentic preparation techniques.

“Through Curry Corner, we want to enrich the culinary experiences at Okada Manila with the warmth, depth, and authenticity of Indian cuisine,” said Chef Surjeet Singh. “Each dish is guided by traditional techniques, balanced spices, and the regional flavors that make Indian cooking so beloved.”

At Curry Corner, guests can enjoy classic Indian curry sets served in a traditional dabba, a tiered lunch carrier commonly used in India. Each set comes with pappadum, a crisp lentil wafer, and a choice of roti canai, steamed jasmine rice, or saffron basmati rice.

Among the signature dishes are Murgh Makhani, featuring tender chicken simmered in a rich tomato-butter curry, and Ghosht Vindaloo, a flavorful lamb dish cooked in tangy red chili gravy.

The menu also includes Pan-Asian curry selections such as Thai-style Vegetable Green Curry and Malaysian Chicken Curry, offering guests a wider range of flavors from across the region.
