Crystal Dragon serves festive Cantonese specialties
At Crystal Dragon, Father’s Day coincides with the Dragon Boat Festival, inspiring a special à la carte menu available until June 30.
Highlights include Steamed Lobster on Egg White Custard with Aged Hua Diao, a signature creation by Chef de Cuisine Chan Choo Kean that was recently featured during The Dragons’ Ascent, a six-hands dinner showcasing chefs from City of Dreams’ sister properties in Macau.

- Hot and Sour Soup with Fish Maw and Grouper
- Crispy Suckling Pig with Goose Liver and Glutinous Rice
- Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Baby Abalone and Chinese Preserved Sausage

Crystal Dragon is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Nobu Manila highlights Father’s Day brunch and omakase
Known for Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature New Style Japanese cuisine, Nobu Manila is marking Father’s Day with a lavish Sunday brunch buffet on June 21.
Guests can enjoy unlimited à la minute specialties such as:
- Black Cod in Butter Lettuce
- Shrimp and Shojin Tempura
- Grilled Beef with Onion Ponzu
The brunch also features carving stations serving slow-cooked beef brisket, roasted lamb leg, and baked salmon, along with Nobu favorites such as Yellowtail Jalapeño, Tuna Tosazu, White Fish New Style, and Sisig Crispy Rice.
A seafood bar offers fresh oysters, blue crabs, shrimp, and mussels, while an extensive dessert station rounds out the experience.
The Father’s Day brunch runs from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with rates starting at ₱4,388 net per adult.
For families seeking a more intimate celebration, Nobu Manila is also offering its seven-course Manila Omakase tasting menu until June 28. Priced at ₱8,871.43 net per person, the menu showcases seasonal ingredients through dishes such as smoked Japanese yellowtail, assorted sushi, baked salmon with spicy garlic black pepper sauce, and grilled beef tenderloin with truffle tosazu sauce.
Luxury staycation packages for dads and families
Families looking for a quick city escape can take advantage of the Dad’s Day Getaway staycation package at City of Dreams Manila’s luxury hotels.
