GCash is waiving transaction fees on bank transfers, bill payments, and mobile load purchases for GCash Overseas users in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman amid ongoing developments in the region.
The fee waiver is automatic — no registration required. Eligible fees will be returned as in-app cashback, with users receiving a notification once the credit has been applied. For transactions made between March 4 and 10, cashback will be credited on March 20. Transactions from March 11 to 14 will receive cashback on March 27.
GCash says it will continue monitoring the situation and may extend the relief measures if needed.
