Demonstrating strong commitment to community support, over 900 team members from Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) dedicated more than 750 volunteer hours to collect and donate nearly 2,500 kilograms (over 5,500 pounds) of essential supplies, a 13% increase in volunteer participation from the previous year. These efforts benefitted over 350 individuals, including children, the elderly, and underserved groups, in partnership with more than 15 non-profit organizations.
The donations were part of the annual FedEx Cares Purple Tote Campaign, held from October to December 31, 2025, empowering FedEx team members to support causes important to them in their local communities. Volunteers from ten markets—including Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam—participated in collecting essential items such as packaged food, books, toys, winter clothing, and hygiene kits.
In the Philippines, over 50 FedEx team members donated household supplies and hygiene essentials to the residents of the Little Sisters of the Poor Home for the Elderly.
“Seeing our team members come together to make a meaningful impact in our communities is truly inspiring. Each Purple Tote bag represents not only essential support but also the care and compassion that define our people,” said Maribeth Espinosa.
FedEx Cares encourages year-round volunteerism, charitable giving, and in-kind shipping to support local communities. Globally, FedEx contributed $55.5 million to nonprofit initiatives in FY25, dedicated more than 81,000 volunteer hours, and delivered critical disaster relief worldwide.
