Maxicare Group partnered with Robinsons Land Foundation (RLove) to hold a two-week medical mission at Manggahan Elementary School in Pasig City from February 10 to 25. The initiative served around 800 students and school personnel, providing free preventive care, diagnostic services, and medical consultations.

The mission, organized with Southstar Drug, Ideal Vision, DepEd, and the Pasig City Government, aimed to advance early detection and child health while reducing access barriers like transportation costs and delayed diagnosis. Maxicare offered free X-rays, lab tests, and medical consultations, bringing essential healthcare directly to the school.

Healthy kids grow into great leaders,” said Christian Argos, Maxicare President and CEO. “We are proud to partner with RLove, the local government, and DepEd to support this community.”

RLove Executive Director Constantino “Tante” Felipe emphasized the impact of public-private collaboration in strengthening grassroots healthcare. The initiative also aligns with Maxicare’s commitment to sustainable, community-based healthcare solutions, including programs like PRIMA Healthcare Cards and LifesavER Emergency Cards for accessible regular checkups and emergency care.

This mission highlights Maxicare’s ongoing efforts to make quality healthcare more accessible and reinforce its role as a trusted healthcare partner across the Philippines.
