SINGAPORE, 11 February 2026 – Accor, a global hospitality leader, convened over 300 General Managers from across Asia along with its global leadership team for the Asia Leadership Conference 2026, held from 3–5 February at Novotel Manila Araneta City, Philippines. Under the theme “THRIVE,” the conference provided a strategic platform for aligning priorities, exchanging insights, and equipping leaders to drive high-performance results and sustainable growth across the region.
The three-day event brought together senior hotel leaders from Accor’s premium, midscale, and economy portfolio, combining forward-looking business updates, market outlooks, and operational deep-dives with interactive workshops and peer-led knowledge sharing. Key discussions focused on evolving hospitality and tourism trends, commercial performance, guest experience, talent development, and responsible hospitality practices.
