Kenny Rogers Roasters Expands Healthy Plates Lineup for a Nourishing Start to 2026
Manila, Philippines — Kenny Rogers Roasters kicks off 2026 with a renewed focus on helping guests eat healthier and feel better every day, expanding its well-loved Healthy Plates lineup with nutritious yet comforting meal options.
Designed to support everyday wellness without compromising flavor, the original Healthy Plates—Classic Healthy Plate, High Fiber Meal, High Protein Meal, and Low Calorie Meal—were created to help diners meet daily nutritional needs while still enjoying the brand’s signature taste. Starting January 1, three new Healthy Plates join the lineup, offering more choices tailored to different lifestyles and dietary goals. All meals are certified by SGS Philippines, ensuring quality and nutritional value.
Each Healthy Plate is assessed using the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intake (REI/RNI) guidelines, serving as a simple guide to benefits such as higher protein, increased fiber, or fewer calories, depending on individual needs.
Leading the collection is the Classic Healthy Plate, featuring quarter roasted chicken with mixed fruits, kani and mango salad, a muffin, and a drink. With 70 grams of protein, it delivers up to 98% of the recommended daily protein intake. Returning favorites include the High Fiber Meal, offering 35 grams of fiber for digestive support; the High Protein Meal, with 58 grams of protein for strength and sustained energy; and the Low Calorie Meal, a grilled fish plate with just 417 kilocalories.
New for 2026 are the Low Sugar Meal, a grilled salmon plate with zero grams of sugar; the Low Carb Meal, featuring striploin steak with only 24 grams of carbohydrates; and the Breakfast Healthy Plate (available in select stores), delivering 61 grams of protein to start the day strong.
