UNIQLO’s annual Thank You Festival is more than just a celebration of its customers—it’s also a platform to highlight the brand’s commitment to sustainability and community support. While shoppers enjoy exclusive deals and promos, UNIQLO ensures that underprivileged communities and disaster-affected families are not left behind.

This year, UNIQLO’s initiatives included donating 1,500 AIRism shirts to pineapple plantation farmers in Bukidnon, in partnership with Del Monte Philippines’ 100th anniversary, alongside special UTme! prints and Pineapple-inspired drinks at UNIQLO Coffee. The brand also expanded its RE.UNIQLO Studio at SM Mall of Asia, offering repair and customization services that breathe new life into both new and pre-loved UNIQLO items. Donated items support partner communities and disaster relief efforts, reinforcing the circular economy philosophy.

UNIQLO has also provided essential aid to families affected by natural disasters. After the Cebu earthquake in September, 4,000 AIRism items and hygiene kits were distributed in Bogo City. Support continued for victims of Super Typhoon Uwan and Typhoon Tino across Cebu, Bacolod, and Aurora, with 5,500 AIRism items donated and Php 3 million contributed to the SM Foundation for disaster relief and school repairs.

For this season, over 3,000 AIRism items were given to affected families in Davao with ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Kapamilya, while 10,000 pieces went to public school teachers nationwide through partnerships with BDO Foundation and the Department of Education. In December, UNIQLO will continue its support in Cebu, providing 3,000 AIRism items and 4,000 pre-loved RE.UNIQLO donations.

Through these efforts, UNIQLO demonstrates how the Power of Clothing can transform lives, combining quality LifeWear with social responsibility.
