In response to the communities heavily impacted by Typhoon Uwan, GCash, through its official lending arm Fuse Lending, is rolling out a 30-day grace period for affected GLoan and GGives borrowers.

The extension applies to users with loan due dates from November 9–13, 2025 residing in the hardest-hit areas, including Aurora, Albay, Butuan (Agusan del Norte), Camarines Norte, Eastern Samar, Camarines Sur, Guimaras, Catanduanes, Ifugao, Masbate, Kalinga, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Tagkawayan (Quezon), Quirino, and Sorsogon.

Eligible accounts will automatically receive a new due date one month later—for example, a November 9 due date moves to December 9—with no additional interest, late fees, or penalties. During this period, Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) will also be temporarily disabled, giving borrowers the flexibility to prioritize essential needs and recovery efforts.

GCash will notify qualified users via SMS, with more areas to be added should the government expand the list of regions under a state of calamity. For further assistance, customers may file a ticket through the GCash Help Center or chat with Gigi on the app.
