GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer ROSALÍA has released her fourth full-length album, LUX, via Columbia Records, delivering an immersive and innovative musical experience. Recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Daníel Bjarnason, the album features collaborations with iconic feminine voices including Björk, Carminho, Estrella Morente, Silvia Pérez Cruz, Yahritza, the Escolania de Montserrat, Cor Cambra Palau de la Música Catalana, and Yves Tumor.
Critics have responded with immediate acclaim. Rolling Stone awarded LUX five stars, calling it “her most astonishing offer yet,” praising its seamless fusion of classical sounds, opera, and 13 languages into a timeless work of art. The Associated Press hailed the album as a “phonetic miracle,” giving it 4.5/5 stars, while NPR noted, “on LUX, the mortal and divine are in conversation, and with ROSALÍA as our guide, we can touch both.”

The album was first introduced with the grand orchestral centerpiece “Berghain,” directed by longtime collaborator Nicolás Méndez of CANADA, known for Malamente and TKN. Filmed in Warsaw, the video follows a woman navigating grief and heartbreak, ultimately finding solace through spirituality. ROSALÍA later debuted LUX in full at the MNAC in her home city of Barcelona, sharing the album directly with fans and friends.
For the most immersive experience, the CD and vinyl editions of LUX include three exclusive tracks, inviting listeners to explore every layer of the album’s soundscape.
LUX is available now across all streaming platforms, with physical editions available for order here.
