At the helm of this initiative is Dioceldo Sy, founder of Ever Bilena, who has expanded his entrepreneurial vision into real estate. His latest venture, QuakeSafe Phils. Inc., is the force behind the seismic technology used in Bamberton Center. Through design consulting, supply, and project management, QuakeSafe advocates for the adoption of earthquake-resilient construction across the country.

For the Bamberton Center, 42 sets of High-Damping Rubber (HDR) bearings supplied by Bridgestone Japan form the foundation of its system—dissipating seismic energy before it travels upward through the structure. Complementary innovations such as flexible pipe connections and seismic gap covers ensure the building’s continuous function even during strong tremors.
