Only the greats earn a place at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, and Asia’s superstar Kathryn Bernardo now joins their prestigious lineup as the next Filipino talent to be immortalized in wax.
A multi-awarded actress with a career spanning over two decades, Kathryn has become one of the Philippines’ most celebrated artists. Dubbed the Phenomenal Box-Office Queen of Philippine Cinema, she first captured hearts at age seven and went on to headline iconic hits such as Got to Believe, Pangako Sa ’Yo, The Hows of Us, and Hello, Love, Goodbye—set in Hong Kong. Its sequel, Hello, Love, Again, made history as the first Filipino film to surpass one billion pesos globally, becoming the country’s highest-grossing film to date.
Kathryn’s influence extends beyond Philippine shores, with devoted fans across Asia, including Vietnam, Thailand, and South Korea. Recognized by Forbes Asia in 2020 as one of the most influential celebrities on social media, she continues to embody Filipino excellence on a global stage.
“It’s a dream come true to have my own wax figure, and I’m grateful to Madame Tussauds Hong Kong for this incredible honor,” shared Kathryn, who had her sitting session in August 2025. “I can’t wait for my fans to meet my twin—it’s such a meaningful milestone in my career.”
Kathryn becomes the fourth Filipino personality to join Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, following Pia Wurtzbach, Manny Pacquiao, and Anne Curtis. “Kathryn is an inspiring artist whose success and global reach make her the perfect addition,” said Wade Chang, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.
Her wax figure will be unveiled in 2026, joining global icons like Rihanna, Johnny Depp, and Robert Pattinson. Fans visiting Hong Kong can experience the magic and stand among legends at Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.
