Sansan, Inc. has appointed Kazunori Fukuda as Managing Director of its subsidiary, Sansan Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Fukuda will focus on the Southeast Asia region to strengthen the global expansion of Sansan’s sales DX solution and Bill One online invoice receiving solution. Since 2015, Sansan has established a subsidiary in Singapore, opened the Sansan Global Development Center in the Philippines, and launched a subsidiary in Thailand in 2024.
Today, the company’s digital transformation (DX) solutions, including Sansan and Bill One, are used in 64 countries, especially Southeast Asia, where paper-based practices remain deeply rooted in business settings.
With the appointment of Fukuda, who brings extensive experience in overseas DX service expansion and managing international subsidiaries, the company will continue to fuel its global growth.
In 1999, Fukuda joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where he worked in sales, new business development, and business investment across sectors including housing materials, emissions credits, and oil and natural gas, with assignments in Japan, Chile, and the UK.
He joined Sansan, Inc. in 2017 and has been engaged in the overseas expansion of the Sansan sales DX solution, working from Japan and Singapore. Since 2019, he has overseen international human resources and corporate operations, including local subsidiary management and recruitment. From 2023, he has also led the Global Operations Group, which handles the digitization of business cards and invoices. He assumed his current role in April 2025.
