The two-year program aims to empower fresh graduates and shape the next generation of e-commerce Operations leaders. The program provides in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, preparing participants to drive real-world projects and accelerate their careers. The Future Operations Leaders Program offers young professionals invaluable opportunities for growth and development through a combination of structured learning, mentorship programs, and leadership tracks. Participants rotate through Shopee’s various Operations sites across the Philippines, gaining first-hand experience in key operational functions. Beyond technical skills, the program focuses on cultivating leadership skills through engagement in impactful projects and personalized guidance from managers, coaches, and mentors.
