Shell Pilipinas Corporation has been awarded five Gold Stevies at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, recognizing its innovative initiatives and campaigns. The awards, which are globally renowned for business excellence, celebrate innovation in all aspects of work life across 29 countries in the region. Shell Pilipinas’ forward-thinking initiatives and impactful campaigns have earned it recognition for its outstanding achievements.

Under the category of Innovation In Sustainability – Reuse and Recycle, Shell Pilipinas Corporation won a Gold Stevie after it took steps in addressing textile waste through its initiative, “Slowing Down Fast Fashion with the Balik Likha Clothing Capacity”. This campaign integrated internal clothing drives, partnerships, and a student design competition to promote economic practices. Within just two months, over 7,000 kilos of used clothing were collected, reused, or upcycled into new, functional products that highlight Shell’s commitment to sustainability and community empowerment.

To empower local businesses and celebrate its legacy, Shell Pilipinas launched two impactful initiatives recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award. The Shell Fleet App, honored in the Innovation in Technology Development – All Other Industries category, revolutionized fleet management for over 1,000 SMEs by offering a fast, digital, and cashless solution. Meanwhile, the company’s rich 110-year journey was brought to life through “Meet the Shell Pavers and Movers,” an internal documentary awarded under Innovation in Internal Communications Videos, which highlighted the people behind Shell’s enduring progress in the Philippines.

Additionally, Shell Pilipinas Corporation also earned Bronze Stevies across two categories for its innovative outreach and digital initiatives. Under Innovation in Business-to-Business Events – Live, Virtual, and Hybrid, Shell Advance was honored for the Mekaniko League, a hands-on training program that has upskilled 320 motorcycle mechanics across five regions, with plans to expand further in 2025. In the Innovation in Shopping or E-Commerce Apps – Technology category, Shell broke new ground by becoming the first engine oil brand in the Philippines to launch on TikTok Shop, achieving a 2,500% spike in sales during live-selling days and showcasing its agility in adapting to a digital-first consumer behavior.

The awards reflect Shell Pilipinas Corporation’s ongoing commitment to driving meaningful change and innovation in the country.
