Maya, the top digital bank and payments processor in the Philippines, is partnering with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to digitize donations through the Kaagapay Donations Portal and Harmonized Electronic Licensing and Permit System (HELPS). Maya’s digital payment solutions will be integrated into the HELPS portal, ensuring secure and seamless online payments for registration, accreditation, and donations. Foundations and SWDAs registered with DSWD will be automatically listed in the Kaagapay Donations Portal.
