ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management and security division of Zoho Corporation, has launched its ManageEngine Marketplace, a new partner-developer ecosystem that enables organizations to discover and deploy extensions, integrations, add-ons, plugins, and AI agents across its platforms.
The new marketplace expands the capabilities of ManageEngine’s enterprise solutions by allowing developers and partners to create specialized tools that address industry-specific and operational needs, while maintaining the platform’s security and governance standards.
“As software development becomes increasingly democratized through powerful AI tools, customers expect a secure, efficient, and agile way to extend the capabilities of their platforms,” said Rajesh Ganesan, CEO of ManageEngine. “ManageEngine Marketplace enables developers to unlock possibilities beyond what ManageEngine builds natively while upholding the quality, security, and governance standards our customers trust us for.”
Designed as a centralized hub, the Marketplace helps enterprises integrate specialized capabilities into their existing IT environments, allowing organizations to customize workflows and accelerate solution development without sacrificing reliability or security.
In addition to extensions, the platform also serves as a gateway for Zia Agents, ManageEngine’s proprietary AI-powered autonomous agents built specifically for enterprise IT. These AI tools enable organizations to deploy intelligent automation and enhance operational efficiency across their technology environments.
The Marketplace follows a collaborative ecosystem model that benefits all participants. ManageEngine provides the core enterprise platform and infrastructure, while partner developers build industry-specific extensions using the company’s development framework. Customers, in turn, gain access to solutions tailored to their unique business requirements.
Anuj Garg, Director and Product Owner at HyphenEdge (EraSmith), a ManageEngine partner specializing in enterprise-grade extensions, said the Marketplace creates long-term business opportunities for developers.
“The ManageEngine Marketplace isn’t just a distribution channel for us—we see it as a business model with great potential. A platform with this kind of enterprise install base doesn’t just provide a repeatable revenue path. Every extension we publish contributes to new business opportunities, partnerships, and recurring income,” Garg said.
To ensure enterprise-grade reliability, every extension submitted to the Marketplace undergoes a comprehensive validation process covering functionality, security, compliance, and quality assurance before it becomes available to customers.
With the launch of the ManageEngine Marketplace, the company aims to foster greater collaboration among developers, technology partners, and enterprise customers while expanding the range of solutions available to support evolving IT management and digital transformation needs.
