Epson Leads Four Large Format Printing Categories Across ASEAN

Epson has been recognized by the International Data Corporation (IDC) as the leading brand across four large format printing categories in ASEAN for CY2025: Large Format Printer, Graphic Textile, Photo Graphic, and Signage.

The recognition highlights Epson’s continued presence across professional printing markets in the region, supported by its expanding portfolio of large format solutions and technology designed for commercial applications.

Strong Performance Across Key Printing Categories

Epson increased its ASEAN market share in Large Format Printing to 21.1 percent in CY2025, up from 19.2 percent in CY2024. The company also recorded gains in several markets, including the Philippines at 26.9 percent, Thailand at 28.3 percent, and Indonesia at 23.2 percent. Epson also held market shares of 32.8 percent in Singapore and 16.8 percent in Malaysia.

In Graphic Textile printing, Epson maintained its regional lead with a 45.6 percent market share, compared with 43 percent the previous year. Its presence includes 60 percent market share in Singapore, 59.1 percent in Indonesia, 54.6 percent in the Philippines, and 25.3 percent in Thailand.

The company also retained its position in Photo Graphic (Aqueous Ink) printing, with a 22.3 percent ASEAN market share. Products such as the SureColor P9530 and SureColor P6530E support professional photo applications with detailed output and vivid color reproduction.

Advancing Signage Printing

Epson’s ASEAN market share in Signage increased from 10.5 percent in CY2024 to 11.1 percent in CY2025. The company expanded its signage portfolio with the SureColor S7130, S8130, and S9130, designed for high-quality, high-volume applications using Eco Solvent, Latex, and Solvent ink technologies.

Market share also increased in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, reaching 54.5 percent, 37.5 percent, and 22 percent, respectively.
