Filipino hip-hop collective Delinquent Society enters a new chapter with the release of “Kuha Bag,” a hard-hitting yet introspective collaboration with rapper Rjay Ty.

Following their recent performances at All Of The Noise and Apotheka as part of the Certified Tour, the collective continues to strengthen its presence in the local hip-hop scene through music that reflects ambition, perseverance, and community.

“Kuha Bag” marks Delinquent Society’s latest collaboration with Rjay Ty, years after the success of their 2019 track “YATKAPE.” What began as a musical partnership has since grown into a genuine friendship, making the new single a reflection of their shared journey—from aspiring artists navigating life’s challenges to musicians who are now able to support themselves and their families through their craft.

The track was created during a late-night recording session in Manila alongside longtime collaborator SCOOP DOGG. Combining cinematic production, sharp lyricism, and an unmistakable sense of urgency, “Kuha Bag” explores the pressures of chasing success while staying true to one’s roots.

Rather than simply celebrating financial success, the song highlights the resilience, discipline, and determination required to overcome adversity.

“This track is for everyone who feels stuck in the hood and is still trying to find a way out,” shared Delinquent Society member Aud. “More than a record about money, ‘Kuha Bag’ speaks to resilience, composure, and the determination to keep moving forward despite the odds.”

Beyond music, Delinquent Society continues to expand its influence within street culture through collaborations with New Era Philippines and local streetwear labels Progress, Gnarly, and Vestigial. The collective also remains active on the live circuit, with an upcoming performance scheduled in Davao City as they continue bringing their movement to audiences across the country.

With “Kuha Bag,” Delinquent Society reinforces its commitment to creating authentic Filipino hip-hop—music that reflects real-life struggles, celebrates growth, and inspires listeners to keep pushing forward regardless of the obstacles they face.
