Asialink Finance Corporation was recognized as Best Real Estate Financing Institution at the Philippine Real Estate Awards 2026, highlighting the company’s growing presence in the property financing market and its continued development of financing options for qualified homebuyers.
The recognition comes less than a year after Asialink launched its Real Estate Financing (REF) business in December 2025. From December 2025 to August 2026, the company recorded more than ₱27.7 million in Real Estate Financing releases, while expanding partnerships with property developers and industry stakeholders across the country.
Expanding Financing Options For Property Buyers
Asialink’s REF portfolio includes three core products: Real Estate Mortgage (REM) or Sangla Titulo, Housing Unit Take-Out Financing, and Acquisition of Property Financing.
Through its Acquisition of Property facility, qualified borrowers can access financing of up to ₱20 million for residential properties from accredited developers, with rates starting at 0.58% per month. Housing Unit Take-Out Financing is also available to qualified homebuyers purchasing properties from Asialink’s accredited developer partners.
Meanwhile, the Real Estate Mortgage or Sangla Titulo facility allows qualified borrowers to use titled real estate as collateral for financing needs, including business purposes.
The company’s real estate financing business is supported by a network of 17 developer and industry partners nationwide, including Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Eastland Property Ventures Inc., HTLand Inc., Philippine Estates Corporation, Masaito Development Corporation, Vester Corporation, and Ferti-Acres Agricultural Inc.
Asialink is also strengthening its presence in Cebu, with partnerships involving Primeworld, Eastland, and HTLand. President and CEO Anna Katrina C. Bañez said the collaborations aim to bring additional financing options closer to qualified homebuyers in the province.
Beyond developer partnerships, Asialink has expanded its digital reach through a collaboration with Lamudi Philippines, connecting property seekers with another financing option as they explore residential listings. The company is also a member of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA).
Asialink’s real estate expansion builds on its broader financing operations. From 2024 to July 2026, the company released approximately ₱27 billion in loans and served more than 53,000 MSME borrowers. As of August 2026, it operates more than 255 branches nationwide with approximately 2,632 employees.
As the company continues to grow its real estate financing business, Asialink plans to expand its developer network and explore additional channels connecting qualified homebuyers with property financing solutions.
