Adding a distinct local touch to the menu, the artisanal creations feature botanical ingredients harvested from Solaire Greenhouse, which recently earned Philippine Good Agricultural Practices (PhilGAP) certification.

Meanwhile, Thomas 1869 brings together Grey Goose Vodka, green grape, Vermouth, and Fino Sherry for a light, fruity, and refreshing cocktail with a sophisticated finish.
Inspired by Jeannette Rankin, the first woman to hold federal office in the United States, The First Woman offers floral and savory notes for a more nuanced drinking experience.
Guests looking for a zero-proof option can try The Quiet Remedy, a blend of sober whisky, kaffir lime, leaf ginger, and lemongrass that balances bold aromatics with a clean finish.

BRB’s new offerings join a selection of established favorites. BRB Irish Coffee can be enjoyed hot or cold, combining Kapeng Barako, local coconut palm sugar, toasted coconut cream, and powder garnish.
Other returning classics include Unripe, made with green mango and Bombay Sapphire gin, and Acai Atelier, featuring house-made acai green tea and hibiscus.
