This August, Waterside at Solaire Resort Entertainment City invites diners to embark on a culinary journey to the Mediterranean and Levantine shores as part of its year-long Eat Around the World Series.
The dining experience brings together a curated selection of dishes inspired by the warmth, aromatic spices, and communal traditions of the region, offering guests a taste of Levantine flavors through a menu designed for sharing and discovery.
The feast begins with an assortment of cold Mezzeh, featuring generous servings of hummus, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, and beetroot mutabal. Served with warm pita bread, the colorful selection offers a variety of textures and flavors to start the meal.
A standout among the Levantine offerings is Warak Enab, which combines beef and rice wrapped in tender grape leaves. Its delicate texture and subtle lemony tang add another layer to the mezze experience.
For the main course, diners can enjoy Lamb Ouzi, a Levantine classic featuring slow-cooked lamb shank served in traditional Ouzi style over fragrant rice.
For a more communal feast, the Mashwi Grill platter brings together Shish Tawook grilled chicken skewers, beef kebab, and tender lamb chops, making it ideal for sharing around the table.
The menu also features Bodrum Kebab, a specialty from southwestern Turkey served with crispy julienned potatoes, creamy garlic yogurt, and tomato sauce.
To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can try Sultaç, a vanilla rice pudding topped with an assortment of nuts.

The Eat Around the World Series extends the experience beyond the menu.
