Currently running until August 31, 2025, guests can enjoy an exclusive menu at this charming private dining destination. Each visit contributes to Globe’s Hapag Movement, which addresses involuntary hunger through sustainable feeding and livelihood programs.

Leading the kitchen is owner and chef Rhea Rizzo, whose impressive global experiences include time at Bangkok’s Michelin-starred Gaggan.

The curated menu is a blend of French techniques and Southeast Asian flavors. Guests begin with snacks like Otak-Otak, laksa and ikura; Liempo with Thai chili relish, eggplant, salted egg, and saba; and Whipped Tinapa Cheese with kueh and mango remoulade.

The soup course includes a choice between Porcini & Portabello Mushroom Velouté or Chicken Liver & Pork Ravioli in annatto-infused batchoy broth. This is followed by a creative pre-dessert course featuring Piaya with ube whipped cheese, sambal embe, kaffir, and kecap manis.

The appetizer features Hamachi Crudo with ikura, sauternes beurre blanc, and yuzu curd. For mains, diners can choose from Sticky Pork Belly with nahm jim cucumber & pineapple slaw, and peanuts; Duck Confit with orange demiglace and potato dauphinoise; Barramundi in Thai fish sauce & kaffir beurre noisette; or Miso–Soy Braised Short Ribs with sweet potato purée.

Dessert options include Sticky Date Pudding, Chocolate Tart with bourbon caramel mousse, or Cheese Ice Cream.
