The Sunday Brunch Menu

As with other buffet offerings, diners during the Sunday brunch will be entertained with a live culinary theater performed by the Hotel’s experienced chefs at vibrant cooking and buffet stations, each with their own engaging displays of fresh produce. Each counter spotlights fresh ingredients and different culinary methods.

The Italian — What is a buffet without pizza? This station has different flavors for pizza; dozens of choices to appeal to even the pickiest individuals. The station likewise features many Italian favorites, from finger foods to little local dishes that compliment other dishes.

The Grill and Griddle — This is meant for the “man’s man”. The station’s main feature is its carvery and grill. Diners can ask the chef to slice them a portion (or two) of delictable choice cuts that melt in their tongue. Gravy is liberally added to these pieces (at the diner’s discretion of course). This station also features a Teppan griddle, churrasco, kebab, and yakitori.

The Deli — Those wanting to cleanse their palate can go to this station. This serves mostly cold, fresh produce. A large portion of the station is allocated for only the highest-quality sushi and sashimi. A variety of these sushi is presented, apart from the standard and traditional maki. The station is also home to charcuteries, patés and cheese, salads, bread varieties and terrines, and chilled seafood.

The Asian — Get your chopsticks ready! This is one of the most popular stations at the Cafe, and for good reason. A majority of the chefs in the Hotel are all trained professionals in crafting only the most authentic and flavorful Asian dimsum. Diners are highly recommended to try the dim sum, Chinese barbeque, wok-cooked dishes, noodles, and rice varities.

The Comfort and Favorites — This hodgepodge of food is all the dishes that all diners love from all of the Hotel’s menus. These are timeless classics, and adults and children alike all agree that these are some of the best dishes the Hotel has to offer. These include tempura dishes (of all types, from vegetables to shrimps), fried dim sum, pressure fried dishes, and various fried food from around the world.

The Pastry — This is the perfect way to end the experience. The beauty of this station is that it not limited to those who have a sweet tooth. The pastry section also has some savory dishes that can still end the brunch on a high note. Breads and jellies are placed in this station for those not wanting to overindulge. On the other hand, this station has a wide assortment of soft-serve ice cream, pancakes, waffles, and crêpes, Halo-halo, pastries, and cakes.

The Cafe also serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. The Cafe is located at the Hyatt in the City of Dreams, Manila, located at Belle Avenue, Entertainment City
